Terms of Service:

Each clothing item and accessory is handmade and bespoke. Shirts will not look exactly the same as the images displayed on the website, unless specifically requested by the customer via email to askteddy@icloud.com. Each clothing item and accessory may have minor faults due to the fact that they are handmade. Each shirt design is unique and is carefully constructed by Teddy Townsend, therefore fabric placement is decided by Teddy Townsend and may differ from shirt to shirt. If you have any specific requests or questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me via email at askteddy@icloud.com.

Returns Policy:

All clothing items and accessories are handmade upon each order.

Please make sure that you have selected the right size, fabric colour and material before placing your order. If you have any questions about the size or about anything else, or you have a specific request, please don’t hesitate to contact me at askteddy@icloud.com. While we do not accept returns for a simple change of mind, we will assess each situation on its own merit. If you have an issue with your received order, please contact us via email. The cost of postage for a return will be paid by the customer, however, for any returns that are deemed valid returns due to a fault, we will also reimburse you the costs of postage.

Shipping:

All items are handmade upon each order. This includes sourcing fabrics, cutting patterns, sewing and packaging. With this in mind, please allow up to 4 weeks of creation/process time before shipment, however, it is likely that your order will be ready prior to this. We will notify you once your item has been shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, you can expect your orders to arrive within the below timeframes. However, once your item has been shipped, shipping times are out of our control.

• Standard Shipping within Australia: 2-5 business days 

• Express Shipping within Australia: 1-3 business days

• International Shipping: 1- 2 weeks from date of shipment.
