We predominantly use locally sourced, high quality fabrics from within Australia, where possible.
We support Australian based fabric wholesalers who supply ethically sourced and sustainable materials.
Our preferable shirt materials are 100% cottons and linens, as well as high quality vintage fabrics from local Op Shops.

Please keep in mind that each shirt is custom-made. This includes sourcing fabrics, cutting patterns, sewing and packaging.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for your purchase to be ready for shipping. You will be notified once your purchase has been shipped.
Shipping times will vary depending on location and external factors. Allow longer for international shipping times.

About Teddy
I decided to take up sewing on a whim… and I am so happy that I did!
After years of being a primary school teacher, and then having my children, I decided that I needed a creative outlet in my life. So, with my 18 month old sitting on my lap, I impulsively purchased a sewing machine online. When it arrived I realised I didn’t even know how to set it up… So I started sewing lessons at Studio Thimbles in Subiaco. It changed my life!
Then, more recently, I realised that I love sewing for men. I pondered over why this was for a while; why am I making all these shirts for men instead of making beautiful clothes for women and, more importantly, for myself!?
When I laughed about this to my friend and asked her what on earth was wrong with me, she said ‘no I totally get it, it’s because men’s clothes are so boring!’
Lightbulb moment! To me (the ultimate colour crazed rainbow lover) men’s shirts generally are so boring. So I decided to introduce a bit of colour and originality into the world of men and their shirts.
Along the way, I also designed a more adult friendly take on kids play pouch toy storage bags; my version is called the Picnic Pouch! It’s a lightweight, water resistant, insulated picnic bag that can be easily stored with your other bags for quick accessibility! Since designing and making this bag, I literally take it everywhere with me and find it very durable and family friendly.
So, for now I am offering these two products, but I plan to roll with my creativity and see where the journey takes me! I will add new products along the way.
